Adeel from our team managed the fitout construction works for the Owner at a previous company. The existing fitout was demolished, whilst the existing building services were reused, re-serviced and modified to suit the new layout. New light fittings, furniture, floor and wall finishes, and new kitchens were provided. These works were delivered for $1,350/m2 and cost savings were provided to the Owner.

Within a large tenancy of 350m2, 2 x speculative offices were constructed to provide 140m2 tenancy and 180m2 tenancy with 14 and 18 workpoints each, to achieve 10m2 / person tenancies.
